Notice: The Thrift Store is currently closed due to remodeling. We plan to re-open the beginning of July and the hours will be the same as the food bank.
Overview
The store provides a discount shopping area for our clients and provides the food bank with additional income. It also provides on the job training for a program designed to get those on government assistance bank into the work force.
Items For Sale
The Thrift Store accepts donated household items that are available to the general public as well as the clients of the food bank. There are no fixed prices; the goods are ‘sold’ for a suggested donation amount.
Donations
Donations for the thrift store are accepted Monday – Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM unless other arrangements are made. The only thing we don’t have room for is large appliances.
How The Proceeds are Used
All proceeds made in our thrift store go toward supporting the Food Bank.
