Overview
The store provides a discount shopping area for our clients and our community, which provides the food pantry with additional income. It also provides on the job training for a program designed to get those on government assistance back into the work force.
Items For Sale
The Thrift Store accepts donated household items that are available to the general public as well as the clients of the food bank. There are no fixed prices; the goods are ‘sold’ for a suggested donation amount. We’re only able to accept cash or checks, no debit or credit cards are accepted.
Donations
Donations for the thrift store are accepted Monday – Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM unless other arrangements are made. We do not take clothing and do not have room for large pieces of furniture or large appliances.
How The Proceeds are Used
All proceeds made in our thrift store go toward supporting the Food Pantry.
